Blogging Workflow
The AI writing workflow for bloggers
Most bloggers either avoid AI entirely or let it write their whole post. Both lose. The middle path — AI for compression, you for thesis — is how serious bloggers ship weekly without burning out.
Step 1 — Compress your research
Drop the top 3 articles ranking for your target keyword into the Summarizer. Ask for "what every article covers" and "what every article misses." The gap is your angle.
Step 2 — Outline before drafting
Ask for an H2/H3 outline with reader intent per section. Edit the outline first. Drafting from a weak outline wastes the next two hours.
Step 3 — Draft with voice samples
Generate section by section, not the whole post at once. Pass a voice sample with every section. Edit aggressively — cut anything that sounds like every other AI post.
Step 4 — Optimize and ship
Run the draft through the Tone Rewriter for a final voice pass, paraphrase any clunky paragraphs, and write the meta description last. Save the chain as a project so next week's post starts at step 1.5.

Frequently asked questions
Will Google penalize AI-written blogs?
Google penalizes unhelpful content, not AI content. Posts with original insight, clear structure, and genuine usefulness rank regardless of how they were drafted.
How long does an AI-assisted post take?
A 1,500-word post drops from 4–5 hours of solo writing to roughly 90 minutes with a tight workflow — most of that time is editing, not generating.
Should AI write my whole post?
No. AI handles research compression, outlines, first drafts, and tone passes. You handle thesis, opinion, and the parts only you can write.
How do I keep my blog voice?
Paste your two best posts as voice samples in every prompt. Voice samples make AI output dramatically more on-brand.
What about SEO?
Pick the keyword first, write to the search intent (not the keyword), and use AI to tighten H2s and the meta description. Skip keyword stuffing.
