Accounts

You are responsible for your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EU) to use the Service.

Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are listed on the Pricing page. Refunds are handled in accordance with applicable law and our refund policy. Billing is processed by our merchant of record.

AI Output and Tools

The Service provides prompt templates, generators, and workflow tools that produce AI-generated output via third-party models. Outputs may be inaccurate, biased, or unsuitable for a given purpose. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and using AI output. We make no warranty that outputs are accurate, complete, original, or fit for any particular purpose.

Ownership

You retain rights to the original prompts you author and the content you generate, subject to the applicable AI provider's terms. We retain rights to the Service, our proprietary templates, branding, and underlying software.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service in the following ways:

• Illegal, harmful, harassing, defamatory, or infringing activity.
• Attempts to bypass rate limits, scrape, or reverse-engineer the Service.
• Generation of malware, CSAM, or content that violates a third-party AI provider's policies.
• Resale or sublicensing of generated tools without permission.

Third-Party Services

We integrate with third parties (AI providers, payment, email, hosting). Their terms govern your interactions with them.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may cancel at any time from your account settings.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED 'AS IS' AND 'AS AVAILABLE' WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the aggregate liability of Relationale LLC, Keiron Brown, AIPromptToolsPRO.com, and their employees, contractors, contributors, licensors, affiliates, technology providers, successors, and assigns. for any claim arising from or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Relationale LLC, Keiron Brown, AIPromptToolsPRO.com, and their employees, contractors, contributors, licensors, affiliates, technology providers, successors, and assigns. from claims arising from your use of the Service or AI output. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at our principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes are handled in accordance with our Dispute Resolution page.
