Indemnification Obligation
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Relationale LLC, Keiron Brown, AIPromptToolsPRO.com, and their employees, contractors, contributors, licensors, affiliates, technology providers, successors, and assigns. from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:
- Your misuse of prompts, templates, workflows, or AI-generated outputs.
- Your violation of the Terms of Use, Acceptable AI Use Policy, Prompt Safety Guidelines, or any other applicable policy.
- Your unlawful conduct in connection with the Service.
- Your infringement or alleged infringement of any third-party intellectual property right, including copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, and rights of publicity.
- Content you submit, upload, share, or publish using the Service.
Process
We may, at our option, assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification. You agree to cooperate with our defense of such claims.
