Informal Resolution
Before initiating any formal proceeding, you agree to contact us through our support channel and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. Many disputes can be resolved quickly this way.
Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Service are governed by the laws applicable at Relationale LLC's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
Venue
To the extent permitted by applicable law, any judicial proceeding shall be brought in the courts of competent jurisdiction located at Relationale LLC's principal place of business, and the parties consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Time Limit
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, any claim arising out of or relating to the Service must be brought within one (1) year after the cause of action arises, or be forever barred.
Non-Waivable Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any rights that cannot be waived under applicable law, including any consumer protection rights you may have in your jurisdiction.
